Terry has a love for animals and picks up every stray he sees.  After wrapping a summer baseball game, Terry finds a puppy in need of medical attention.   He quickly learns the his new four- legged friend will need surgery which will result the dog losing his leg.  Terry is taught a valuable lesson which can't be found in a text book.  We look different, but we're all the same.
